Study & Co-working
Creating future-ready learning and working environments for the next generation of PBSA living.
The role of study spaces within PBSA is changing.
No longer limited to traditional study rooms, modern student environments are becoming flexible hubs where residents can focus, collaborate, create and connect.
Formance Furniture supports project teams with coordinated furniture solutions, material selections and supply coordination for evolving PBSA environments.
Beyond the Traditional Study Room
How student lifestyles are reshaping PBSA learning environments.
Today's students no longer separate studying, working and socialising into different environments.
They move between individual concentration, group collaboration, digital creation and informal interaction throughout the day.
The next generation of PBSA spaces must therefore become more flexible, comfortable and adaptable.
