Lounge & Social Spaces

Creating comfortable and connected shared spaces for modern PBSA living.

Communal spaces are at the heart of modern PBSA living. They are where residents relax, meet, study informally and build connections beyond their rooms.

Formance Furniture supports these environments with carefully selected seating, tables and coordinated furniture solutions designed for everyday student life.

Creating Social Spaces That Work

Furniture combinations that support everyday student living.

Modern PBSA lounges need to support different activities throughout the day.

From morning coffee and informal study to evening social gatherings, successful communal spaces require furniture solutions that are comfortable, flexible and suitable for different ways of living.

Formance Furniture helps project teams select and coordinate furniture combinations that balance comfort, functionality and visual consistency.

Furniture Package Approach

From individual products to coordinated furniture solutions.

Integrated Furniture Package Approach

PBSA projects rarely require a single furniture item. They require coordinated selections across different spaces, functions and suppliers.

Formance Furniture supports project requirements by sourcing suitable products, coordinating finishes and organising furniture packages around each project's needs.
